I bring a slightly unusual mix to the mat: over a decade of corporate experience paired with a deep love for movement, mindfulness, and human connection. After years leading quality & innovation projects in global FMCG environments, I realised I wanted to create a different kind of impact: one that felt more human, more embodied, and more aligned with the way I wanted to show up in the world.
That realization led me to found Listen in Wisdom in 2025, a space where I could bring together everything I’ve learned about presence, resilience, and conscious growth.
My mission is simple: to help people feel more grounded, more connected, and more themselves, whether they’re stepping onto a yoga mat or navigating a high‑pressure workday.
I’m a certified yoga instructor and wellbeing facilitator based in West London, teaching Vinyasa, Power Flow, and Slow Flow. My classes balance strength with mindful grounding, with a strong focus on alignment and foundations so students feel supported before exploring more challenging movements. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, my intention is to create a space where you can breathe deeply, move intentionally, and reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence.
My yoga journey began as a path of self‑discovery, a way to find clarity and steadiness beyond the noise of corporate life. Beyond the performance targets, objectives reviews, and constant pressure to deliver, yoga brought me back to myself. It helped me let go of judgment, soften the need to always perform better and faster, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace. That shift made me realise how much I needed more of this in my own life, and how much I wanted others to experience the same grounding and mental presence, to carry it into their daily world.
Today, I blend my corporate background with my wellbeing practice to support individuals and organisations in cultivating resilience, clarity, and presence. Through Listen in Wisdom, I offer classes, workshops, and corporate wellbeing experiences that are both restorative and focus-enhancing: my way of giving back to the corporate world that shaped me, but with a lot more breath and a lot less burnout.
My approach is warm, intentional, and grounded in science. I create spaces where people can move, reflect, and feel better in their body and mind, be themselves and have fun along the way.
