From corporate corridors to yoga mats, I’ve learned how movement, breath and presence help regulate our physiology and bring the mental clarity we need to truly thrive. Now I’m here to bring more joy, genuine connection and lightness into your life and on your mat ! 🧘🏻♀️
I bring a slightly unusual mix to the mat: over a decade of corporate experience paired with a deep love for movement, mindfulness and human connection, shaped in part by my Master in Biology and my fascination with how the body works: its intelligence and the powerful influence that breath, movement and thought patterns have on our genetic regulation & overall wellbeing.
After years leading quality & innovation projects in global FMCG environments, I realised I wanted to create a different kind of impact: one that felt more human, more embodied and more aligned with the way I wanted to show up in the world.
That realization led me to found Listen in Wisdom in 2025, a space where I could bring together everything I’ve learned about presence, resilience and conscious growth.

I’m a certified yoga instructor and wellbeing facilitator teaching Vinyasa, Dynamic Yoga and Slow Flow. My classes balance strength with mindful grounding, with a focus on alignment and foundations so students, from beginners to seasoned yogi, feel supported before exploring more challenging movements. My intention is to create a space where you can breathe deeply, move intentionally and reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence.
My yoga journey began as a path of self‑discovery. A way to soften constant striving, release judgment and return to inner steadiness. That shift made me want others to experience the same grounding and clarity in their daily lives.
Today, I blend my corporate background, scientific understanding of the body and wellbeing practice to support individuals in cultivating resilience, clarity and presence, for a lot more breath and a lot less burnout!
