I offer one-on-one conversation sessions designed to provide you with a dedicated space to talk openly about what's on your mind. These sessions are typically 60 minutes in duration and are currently held online via Zoom. Please note that these conversations are not therapy or counseling. They are focused on providing a listening ear, sharing perspectives based on lived experience, and fostering greater authenticity and connection in areas such as well-being, relationships and personal growth.
You can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental atmosphere where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings openly. This is a space for authentic conversation, where you are in control of the topic and the direction. I will listen attentively, offer reflections based on my own experiences, and help you see things from a different angle. The goal is for you to feel truly heard, gain clarity, and leave the conversation feeling seen and perhaps re-energised.
